Here in Miss Millie's Kitchen we strive to make sure everything we make is made with love!  

All specialty orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. (MISS MILLIE'S CREATIONS)

If an order is received for same day delivery or pick up will be rejected.

If delivery option is available, our delivery drivers have until 4pm to reach all businesses or 6pm to reach all home locations. 

We do not do schedule deliveries. But you can always schedule for a pickup.

We will only attempt to delivery your order one time. After the first attempt we will hold your order until the end of the night. Unfortunately we can not hold orders overnight.  Orders will be cancel if you fail to pick up and no refund will be giving.

Please note that we reserve the right change our arrangements or gifts if an item is not available by our vendor. 

All fruit bouquets are made with bamboo skewers.  

Please note that containers will vary per season.

👩🏾‍🍳 Please note through the holiday season we will contract a license third party chef for general holiday orders of Chef Shawny is personally booked at the time. 

🛑 If full payment is not RECEIVED 2 WEEKS (CATERING) 72 HOURS (CREATIONS) before event date or date requested, Miss Millie's Kitchen reserves the right to cancel catering booking. We do not collect money at time of service, no exceptions. Once 1st payment is received you can no longer adjust the total of guest, all guest counts are final.

*Disclaimer: If you fail to make any of your payments on time for catering or any order requiring a payment. Customer will resume 100% responsibility for any cancel item and Miss Millie's reserves the right to cancel remaining order or charge a $75 inconvenience fee.

All Lunchbox Platters are FINAL SALE! 

If you cannot receive your Lunchbox Platter due to the weather your delivery will be rescheduled.

False Advertisement & Misrepresentation Policy

Miss Millie’s Kitchen Catering LLC strictly prohibits the unauthorized use, implication, or representation of its business name, menu items, likeness, or services for promotional or marketing purposes without prior written consent.

This includes — but is not limited to — any flyer, ticket, post, or digital media that:

1. Lists or displays menu items, photos, or descriptions not approved in writing by Miss Millie’s Kitchen;


2. References or implies our catering services without official confirmation or payment in accordance with our two-week policy;


3. Omits our business name or logo while advertising food offerings or menus that could reasonably lead the public to believe Miss Millie’s Kitchen is providing those services.



If such misrepresentation occurs — whether intentional or not — Miss Millie’s Kitchen Catering LLC reserves the full right to immediately cancel catering services and withdraw from the event. No refund will be issued under these circumstances, and the client will be solely liable for any confusion, reputational damage, or financial loss resulting from their unauthorized advertisement or misrepresentation.

By submitting a booking request or deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees that all promotional materials related to the event must be reviewed and approved in writing by Miss Millie’s Kitchen Catering LLC prior to public release.
