We have multiple types of catering services full service and self serve. Plate service is also available. You can also request our food truck or individual boxes meals.
Please note if self service is selected and you are more then 2 miles from Lowry Place & Dayton, the customer is 100% responsible for temperature of food.
With our full service we are equipped to serve up to as many people as you need. We may excess an extra charge per 100 guest for additional servers. We serve up to 3 hours. Service fee is $250 non-refundable and is not applied to final total. Plate service is also available and service fees range from $300 to $550 service .
If utensils are needed we provide up to 100 quality disposable dinnerware set there will be an additional $50 charge for extra utensils per 100 guest. For glass dinnerware we provide up to 50 set with an additional $85 charge per 100 dinnerware set. All food warmers are provided by Miss Millie's. Any extra charges will be invoiced.
Our other option is self served catering. You can have your food delivered and we will set up with what you provide.
Please note for self service:
We do not serve the food at all. We do not provide dinnerware, silverware, or tables for self service unless requested then an extra charge will be excess.
For self service all customers must provide there own food warmers. If food warmers are needed you can purchase a 24pc set from us for $75.00
Need catering service in Aspen, Vail or Evergreen?! No problem we offer non local catering services. We require our customers to provide accommodations (room & board) at a nearby facility that has a kitchenette. We do not cook in house due to Covid. Set travel fee of $150 plus $125 service fee will be automatically applied.
There is a $15 delivery fee within 5 miles of Lowry Place and Dayton. There is an additional $2 charge for every extra mile thereafter for full service .
Service fees are non- refundable.
If your service is cancelled before or after 72 hours of receiving payment, you forfeit your entire payment and booking date. Also, if your order is cancelled and food has already been purchase for your catering services you will access all prep & restock fees. We do not hold food past event date!
**Service fees are applied to service help for catering event.
🛑 If full payment is not received 72 hours before event date or date requested, Miss Millie's Kitchen reserves the right to cancel catering booking. We do not collect money at time of service, no exceptions.
Disclaimer: If you fail to make any of your payments on time for catering or any order requiring a payment. Customer will resume 100% responsibility for any cancel item and Miss Millie's reserves the right to cancel remaining order or charge a $75 inconvenience fee. Once payment is received for any catering services you are agreeing to all policy terms. Contracts are only creates for full service & events requests.
