Miss Millie's is named after Chef Shawny's Grandma Millie Germany.
Chef Shawny T~W is self taught in all of her food service skills. She has been cooking since she was a little girl and learned a lot of her skills from her Grandma Millie who was born and raised in Winnsboro, Louisiana. Shawny is food safe certified and also a certified food protection manager.
We are located in the Aurora Cultural Arts District but you can also catch us at events or reserve our food truck for any occasion.
